Update August 01 - 2010 Pro's and Con's "The Every Other Day Diet - Weight Loss Program" By Health Experts

In this program, you can eat fatty foods every other day and you still lose weight as long as you workout right and eat highly nutritious, low-fat high-protein foods on the first day. Custom Diet Plans Are Great Weight Loss Plans

Creating custom diet plans allowed me to include the foods I like. I got bored with other plans because I felt like I was eating the same foods every day. It is amazing how much variety you can actually eat if you know where to get the correct information. It is easy to create custom diet plans once you learn what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat.

I entered my foods that I like to eat into a diet generator. I was ready to go in no time with the stroke of a few keys. I thought this was the greatest thing ever. I told it what I wanted to eat and it told me what I needed to do to get myself started. I did not starve myself like other plans. I think I actually ate more while still losing pounds. These plans are not that complicated to create if you are given the right tools.

Custom diet plans worked so well for me that my wife jumped on the band wagon. She says this was her idea on the best way to lose weight. We are still debating that idea. My kids are still young and did not need help losing weight at this time. Hopefully they will not need this when they get order. If they do, I am ready to teach them all I know. I wanted to share my thoughts and show the world a nice program that helped me create custom diet plans. I know I will not convince everyone, but I will try to help as many people as I can. I feel so much better after losing my unwanted fat.
