Every Other Day Diet Reviews - Scam Or Does it Work?
By John Davenport Platinum Quality Author

The Every Other Day Diet is build on a unique concept: On one day you eat high-protein foods which help you to burn fat fast, but on the other day you can eat practically what you wish. And that includes things like pizza and burgers.

The idea behind the Every Other Day Diet is to create a weight loss plan which people can enjoy using and stick to for a long time. We all know that the main problem with regular diets is that they deprive your body of too much of the food you enjoy and cause you to have intense cravings which are hard to resist for long. By allowing you to indulge yourself (in moderation) every other day, you're guaranteed to be able to stick to the diet plan for a long time.

Okay, this sounds very good, but the question is does the Every Other Day Diet really works or is it a scam?

I believe that the Every Other Day Diet is no scam for the following reasons:

1. It is doctor approved. You can't expect a higher mark of approval than that.

2. It was created by 3 of the most renowned diet and fitness experts in the world, headed by Jon Benson, a noted trainer, author, and nutrition expert.

3. The reviews of the Every Other Day Diet are highly positive among diet and fitness professionals.

4. The results of the Every Other Day Diet are impressive. People lose weight with it. That's the bottom line.

5. It comes with a money back guarantee, so even if you're not satisfied, you can rest assured that your investment in this diet is risk free.

But above all, the results people get are what counts. The truth is that the Every Other Day Diet provides the perfect balance between the physical aspect of weight loss and the emotional one. By allowing you to eat what you wish, you can enjoy the process and not just suffer through it. This is a main benefit, and something which increases your chances of achieving a fast and continuous weight loss.

2 Diets That Work Quickly
By John Davenport Platinum Quality Author

When you try to lose weight, it's only natural that you'd want to do it as quickly as possible. So what are some diets that work quickly?

In this article I want to share with you 2 options which I found to work well. And by working well I mean that not only can they help you to lose weight quickly, they also make it relatively easy to maintain the weight loss later on.

The 2 diets I refer to are Fat Loss 4 Idiots and the Every Other Day diet. Both can help you to burn fat quickly. Let's take a look at these 2 quick weight loss plans more closely.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is one of the easiest diets to do because it provides you with a menu generating software you can use again and again to create different menus which are made up of food items you select. The menu is arranged according to the calorie shifting eating method to provide a quick weight loss and maintain your metabolism. People have lost up to 9 pounds in 11 days with this diet. It is one of the most popular weight loss plans in the world today.

The Every Other Day Diet

The Every Other Day Diet is another diet that works quickly but it's very different from Fat Loss 4 Idiots. With this diet, you get to eat high protein foods on one day and practically anything you like on the other day. Of course, you can't stuff yourself silly but you still get to enjoy your favorite foods even if they're a bit fattening. The high protein day helps to burn enough fat to last for 2 days.

Both of these diets also do a great job in controlling cravings, so it's easy to stick to them for a long time and lose a lot of weight. Fat Loss 4 Idiots is better for you if you want to have a detailed menu to follow, but both of these can work very well.

I've included 2 resources here which will help you on your way. Make sure to visit both pages. To read more about an excellent diet to help you lose weight fast, visit this webpage: Fat Loss 4 Idiots Reviews.

Counting Calories - Something You Should Avoid For Long Term Weight Loss
By Miranda Smith

A very large percentage of the diets on the market today require you to count calories. Contrary to popular belief, studies show that people who count calories on average are the least successful dieters. Think about the last diet you went on, did you enjoy it? It is very robotic and obsessive to have to pre-measure and pre-calculate everything you eat. It is very unnatural and takes the joy and spontaneity out of eating. People want to be able to go out to eat once in a while with family and friends without worrying about the food they are eating.

Being overly obsessive about food leads to unhealthy binging cycles. Sure you might be motivated initially to follow your new calorie counting diet and be excited to see the pounds start coming off, but can you really see yourself counting calories forever? After a few weeks of your diet you will start to crave your favorite foods, pasta, chicken, burgers, fries and pies. Not being able to eat these comfort foods will create a negative relationship with foods.

If you are looking to lose weight for the long term, your best bet is finding a diet that doesn't require you to count calories, doesn't restrict entire food groups and give you enough freedom to enjoy life normally. There really is no point in starting a diet that you know you can't continue. One diet program that I do recommend is the "Every Other Day Diet" this new diet allows you to eat your favorite foods 50% of the time and the other 50% is spent eating fat burning foods. It is a pretty unique method of helping people lose weight, enjoy the foods they love and best of all maintain a positive relationship with food.
