OK, not that you are actually going to strip it all off and jog the neighborhood, but just knowing that if you did you'd look great is a confidence builder. Besides, you see yourself naked all the time and looking great when you do is much better than being disgusted by the experience.

How To Look Great Naked: Step One.

Get rid of your body fat by blasting it with an excellent diet. Look let me be straight forward with you, until you eat properly you won't lose or maintain your weight. There are several diets that I personally recommend and that will allow you to reach your goals.

  1. OK, if you are going for it and you want motivation then the 90 Day Look Great Naked Challenge is for you. This is a complete body changing exercise and diet system. What a blast, and what results await 90 days from now.
  2. Strip That Fat is a wonderful diet plan with a one time fee that lets you create your own two-week menu plans with the foods you choose. How cool it that? I love this diet.
  3. The Every Other Day Diet uses a unique scientific approach for one of the easiest diets to follow on the market. I was blown away by how much weight I could lose with such little discomfort. If you have failed at other diets try this one.

Regardless of whether you use one of the suggestions above or find a diet on your own, once you have started on a diet, stick with it. These diets will give you results and it doesn't hurt to find a website like "Fridge Graph" or "On-line Fitness Log" to track your progress.

The next step in looking great naked is to find an exercise program that builds lean body mass. It should be a program that is inexpensive, doable at home, and easy to follow. Remember easy to follow doesn't mean you won't sweat doing it. Sweat is good. There are programs out there that can give you results in as little a 40 hours of workouts.
